Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head After-Sales Service to lead the Pan-India service operations for gensets and diesel engines. The ideal candidate must have 15-20 years of robust experience specifically in the genset/diesel engine industry, with proven expertise in service delivery, customer support, and service network management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Pan-India after-sales service operations for gensets and diesel engines.
- Manage and strengthen the dealer/service network across India.
- Drive service quality, customer satisfaction, uptime, and response time.
- Lead service teams, including regional/service managers and field engineers.
- Develop and monitor AMC, warranty, breakdown, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Improve service revenue, parts sales, and overall after-sales profitability.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Spare Parts teams to resolve customer issues.
- Establish service KPIs, processes, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
- Handle key customers and major service escalations.




- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company service standards.
- Develop training programs for service engineers, dealers, and channel partners.

Candidate Profile

- 1520 years of experience in the genset / diesel engine industry mandatory.
- Strong experience in after-sales/service operations for diesel gensets or engines.
- Proven experience managing Pan-India service operations and teams.
- Strong understanding of genset systems, diesel engines, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service practices.
- Experience managing dealers, service partners, and customer relationships.
- Strong commercial, operational, and people-management skills.
- Engineering qualification preferred, preferably Mechanical/Electrical.
