Hiring: Test Engineer / Trainee | Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing

We are seeking a motivated Test Engineer / Trainee to join a dynamic engineering team working on cutting-edge robotics, motion control, and embedded systems. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build expertise in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing, automation, and robotics validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily regression testing of firmware and software tools.
- Operate and maintain robotic joint test benches and testing infrastructure.




- Develop and enhance robust Python/pytest-based automation frameworks.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage for motion drive firmware and software.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated test execution, and reporting mechanisms.
- Support the validation of robotic systems by bridging software simulation and physical hardware testing environments.

Desired Profile

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines.
- Strong interest in Robotics, Embedded Systems, Automation Testing, and Motion Control.
- Exposure to Python programming and software testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with pytest, GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD tools, firmware testing, or HIL environments is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm to learn and work with advanced robotic and embedded technologies.
