Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (Field Support)

Compensation: 15000 (Performance-based increments: ₹18,000/month after 3 months, ₹20,000/month after 6 months)

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our technical support team. In this role, you will handle on-site technical issues, hardware repairs, and software setups directly at client locations. If you are passionate about IT hardware and eager to expand your technical skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and essential software applications.
- Setup, configure, and troubleshoot desktop printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Perform basic laptop and desktop hardware repairs, including replacing screens, keyboards, batteries, and internal components.
- Travel to client sites to diagnose and resolve computer,



network, and hardware issues in a timely manner.
- Provide clear, professional communication and support to end-users during site visits.

Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience with Windows OS installation, software setups, and PC troubleshooting.
- Practical knowledge of laptop component replacement and hardware repair.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits (fuel allowance provided if using a personal vehicle).
- Strong troubleshooting mindset, eager to learn new technologies, and a positive, energetic attitude.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

- Experience with CCTV installation, cabling, and configuration.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server setup and configuration.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
