Our clinics are supported by trained healthcare teams and a network of 25+ village-based MedoMITRs. We are working towards expanding our network to 100 clinics across India over the next 3 years.

About the Role

We are looking for a Gynaecologist to provide high-quality outpatient and women's healthcare services at our clinics located in the tehsils/blocks of Barabanki district, Uttar Pradesh.

The ideal candidate should be clinically competent, compassionate, and comfortable working in a rural healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct OPD consultations and provide comprehensive women's healthcare.
- Diagnose and manage common gynaecological and women's health conditions.
- Provide appropriate treatment and prescribe medicines within the scope of practice.
- Evaluate and interpret laboratory and radiology investigations as clinically appropriate.




- Identify cases requiring specialist or tertiary care and make appropriate hospital referrals.
- Provide basic/general physician consultation when required.
- Conduct health camps and community outreach activities at villages and clinics.
- Provide video and teleconsultation services as required.
- Engage with patients and promote awareness regarding women's health and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and complete digital patient records through the MedoPlus App.
- Coordinate with clinic staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow clinical, ethical, documentation and patient-safety standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB/DGO in Obstetrics & Gynaecology or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Valid registration/license to practice in India.
- 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis and patient-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to work in rural and semi-urban healthcare settings.
- Candidates with access to their own vehicle/car will be preferred for travel between clinics and community outreach locations.
