Role Description The Gym Membership Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing the end-to-end membership experience. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and onboarding new members, explaining membership options, guiding prospective clients through tours of the facility, and supporting sign-up and payment processes.

The coordinator maintains accurate membership records, handles renewals, upgrades, and cancellations, and responds to member inquiries in person, by phone, and via email. The role involves coordinating with trainers, front desk teams, and operations to ensure a seamless experience,



tracking member engagement, and assisting with events, promotions, and member communication to support retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and qualified member experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate data entry, record keeping, and basic proficiency with CRM or membership management software.
- Sales and marketing awareness, with the ability to explain membership plans, support promotional campaigns, and assist in upselling services when appropriate.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address member concerns promptly and constructively.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including flexible hours, weekends, or peak times as needed.
- Prior experience in fitness, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred; familiarity with gym operations or wellness services is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in hospitality, business, sports management, or a related field is beneficial.
