Blended Support/ Customer Support Executive /International Customer Service /BPO.
JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Handle customer queries through voice and chat process.
- Understand customer's concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Follow process guidelines and service standards.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Excellent Communication Skills in English.
- Any Gradute or Undergraduate except (B.Tech, LLB, LLM, B.Pharma, M.Pharma, MCA).
- Candidate's current location should be Delhi/Gurugram.
- Canditates should be ok to work in rotational shifts.
- Freshers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Education
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
