Role Description The Guest Relation Executive is a full-time, in office role based at the NURA center in Chennai. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing front desk and receptionist duties, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their visit. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, explaining services and screening processes, coordinating appointments, and guiding guests through registration and check-in.

Executive also supports basic sales activities by providing information on packages, addressing concerns, and facilitating follow-ups. Maintaining accurate records,



collaborating with clinical and administrative teams, and upholding NURA’s standards of professional, empathetic service are core parts of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and respectful experience for all visitors.
- Clear and professional Communication abilities, including active listening and concise information sharing.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties such as front desk management, appointment scheduling, and handling phone and in-person inquiries.
- Basic knowledge of Sales and service promotion to explain screening packages and encourage appropriate follow-up services.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site clinical environment and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in English and local languages spoken in Chennai is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in hospitality, healthcare administration, or related fields is a plus.
