About Aviary Cocktail Nest ( GRE )

Aviary Cocktail Nest is a premium cocktail bar and restaurant in Kanpur, offering a distinctive dining and nightlife experience with an opulent ambience, curated food and cocktails, and a strong focus on guest experience.

We are looking for passionate and energetic hospitality professionals to join our team across Restaurant, Bar, Guest Relations, Service, Kitchen and Operations.

Key Responsibilities ( GRE )

- Welcome and attend to guests with a warm, professional and courteous approach.
- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant/bar service.
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Understand the menu, food items, cocktails and ongoing offers to assist guests with recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene and presentation.
- Handle guest requests, feedback and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned area.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, service standards and operational procedures.
- Support the team during busy hours, events and special occasions.
- Ensure proper billing, order handling and table management wherever applicable.
- Contribute towards creating a premium and memorable experience for every guest.





What We’re Looking For
- Candidates with experience in restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs or hospitality are preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in hospitality may also apply for suitable positions.
