GTM Engineer, Intern — Hyperleap AI

Location: Remote + In-office as required.

Hyperleap AI (hyperleap.ai) is the AI front desk for small and medium businesses. Customers message across website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and Messenger.

This is not primarily a helpdesk product. We sell to operators who need leads answered and booked, not ticket queues.

The role

You sit at the intersection of growth and engineering. Your job is to build and operate the internal GTM systems that turn strategy into shipped work: content and creative pipelines, social scheduling and asset delivery, research enrichment into briefs, outbound and email ops hygiene, analytics pulls, and light scripting that removes manual glue.

You will work with the Hyperleap growth team and a GTM operator who runs the production GTM stack. This is a high-agency builder internship, not a classroom or slide internship.

What you will actually do

- Experiment with Code-driven GTM.
- Build and maintain content and creative generation pipelines
- Operate social scheduling and asset pipelines: prepare posts, variants, and delivery-ready files; keep schedules and metadata clean.
- Keep outbound and email ops hygiene tight.
- Pull and shape analytics so the team can decide what to double down on.
- Write small, reliable scripts in Node/TypeScript or Python.




- Drive generation with modern coding agents from the CLI: prompt, review, ship, leave the system better.
- Partner daily with growth specialists; escalate blockers early; document what you ship.

What we look for Must-haves:

- High agency and proof you ship.
- Comfortable writing code in TypeScript/Node or Python, willing to work in both.
- Familiar with SQL, REST APIs, and Git.
- Hands-on with LLM coding agents (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar).
- Interest in B2B SaaS GTM.
- Able to work US-friendly or India-friendly hours (IST) as required.

Nice-to-haves:
- Prior GTM eng, growth eng, marketing ops + code, developer tools, or early-stage B2B SaaS.
- Social APIs, ffmpeg/Remotion-class, email deliverability, enrichment tools.
- Postgres/Supabase, CDN, lightweight dashboards.
- Taste for clear writing.
