Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to ensure an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly.

- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, food & beverage, and other departments.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and other requirements when needed.
- Maintain accurate guest records and follow up on special requests.
- Collect guest feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and work toward timely resolution.
- Promote hotel/property facilities, services,



and special offers.
- Maintain professional communication and appearance at all times.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
