Key Responsibilities

- Preparation and filing of GST Returns, including:

- GSTR-1

- GSTR-3B

- GSTR-9 / Annual Return

- Other applicable GST returns and statements

- GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and matching with GSTR-2B.

- Vendor-wise and invoice-wise GST reconciliation.

- Preparation of working papers for GST return filing.

- Identification and resolution of discrepancies in GST data.

- Assistance in preparation of replies to GST notices, queries and departmental communications.

- GST registration, amendments, cancellation and other portal-related compliances.

- Maintaining proper records and documentation for GST compliances.

- Coordination with clients/accounts teams for collection and verification of GST-related data.

- Keeping track of GST compliance deadlines and ensuring timely filing.

- Supporting seniors in GST audits, assessments, reconciliations and other advisory assignments.

Excel Skills – Essential

Candidate should possess Advanced MS Excel skills, including:

- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

- HLOOKUP

- Pivot Tables





- SUMIF / SUMIFS

- COUNTIF / COUNTIFS

- IF & Nested IF Functions

- Data Sorting & Filtering

- Conditional Formatting

- Data Validation

- Text & Date Functions

- Handling and analysing large volumes of GST data

- Preparation of reconciliation and MIS reports

Knowledge of Power Query / Excel Automation will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills

- Strong understanding of GST Law and GST Return Filing Procedures.

- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.

- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to independently handle GST compliance assignments.

- Good communication and client-coordination skills.

- Ability to work within strict statutory deadlines.

- Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally / ERP / other accounting packages will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
