About the Role

Were looking for a curious, analytical, and highly driven Growth & Product Intern to work closely with our product and growth teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding why users behave the way they do, identifying opportunities to improve the product, and turning ideas into experiments and measurable outcomes.

Youll get hands-on exposure to product strategy, user research, growth experiments, analytics, and execution in a rapid-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Product

- Work with the product team to identify user problems and opportunities.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze user feedback and product usage data to identify insights.
- Help define product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to take ideas from concept to launch.
- Track product metrics and evaluate the impact of new features.
- Identify friction points across the user journey and suggest improvements.

Growth

- Identify and test opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and referrals.
- Design and execute growth experiments across different channels.
- Analyze experiment results and translate them into actionable insights.
- Help build and optimize growth funnels.
- Research new acquisition channels, partnerships, communities, and distribution opportunities.
- Create dashboards and reports to track key growth metrics.
- Work on initiatives that directly contribute to user and business growth.

Cross-functional Execution

- Work closely with founders, product, marketing, design, and engineering.
- Turn ambiguous problems into structured action plans.




- Own small projects end-to-end and ensure timely execution.
- Document learnings, experiments, and outcomes.

Good to Have

- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, Excel/Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis.
- Experience building or launching a project, product, website, community, or startup.
- Experience running experiments, conducting user interviews, or analyzing funnels.
- Familiarity with product-led growth, growth marketing, or consumer technology.
