Job Overview

Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns, budgets, targeting, and ad performance to improve results.
- Test ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the design, content, SEO, and BDE teams for marketing campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities to improve lead generation and overall marketing performance.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and AI tools relevant to growth marketing.

- Candidates with hands-on campaign management experience will be preferred.
