Enterprise integrations are still built by hand, one customer at a time, by a human supply chain of consultants. We think that's the last big software category that hasn't been automated — and we're automating it.

Refold is the AI integration delivery layer. Our agents build, test, deploy, and maintain integration workflows inside our customers' own products, white-labeled, up to 90% faster. Trained on millions of real-world contexts across SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, and Salesforce, we turn integration work that used to take quarters into days — and then keep it running, because the agents detect failures and repair mappings themselves.

Traction: 30+ paying enterprise customers, 1,500+ active users, 10M+ API calls processed daily, seven-figure ARR. Customers include Incorta, Kantata, Coupa, Naehas, OvationCXM, and Zycus. The results are the pitch: Kantata ships integrations 75% faster with 8x delivery capacity; Incorta cut time-to-go-live by 70% and recovered 8,000+ engineering hours; Naehas went from 3–5-month builds to 90% faster delivery.

Refold was founded by Jugal Anchalia and Abhishek Kumar, who have been featured in Forbes 30 Under 30. We've raised $6.5M led by Eniac Ventures (early investors in Airbnb & Uber) and Tidal Ventures, with Better Capital, Ahead VC, Karman Ventures, Z21 Ventures, and Titan Ventures participating.

We're assembling a founding team of people who learn fast, raise the bar, and shape the company from day one. This is a rare seat: a genuinely early GTM operations role where you sit next to the people running the revenue engine and learn how a company actually goes to market. We're hiring for slope, not for a résumé.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the data layer: Keep HubSpot clean and trustworthy — accounts, contacts, deduplication, enrichment, stages, and ownership. Everything the team forecasts on runs through your work
- Build the target lists: Turn our ideal customer profile into actual account lists.



Sales-led software companies with an integrations page, an internal delivery team, and enterprise deals that stall on connectors. Research, filter, enrich, prioritise
- Run the GTM stack: Support our CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and AI outbound tooling. Keep the plumbing working so the sellers never think about it
- Report the truth: Weekly pipeline, conversion by stage, campaign and sequence performance, and the inputs behind the forecast. Make the numbers readable in a way that changes decisions
- Automate the boring parts: If you do something manually three times, build something that does it for you. We'd rather you ship a script or an AI workflow than grind through a spreadsheet
- Support the funnel mechanics: Lead routing, scoring, response SLAs, and follow-up tracking
- Keep enablement current: Sequences, templates, and collateral that the team actually uses, kept up to date as the story evolves
- Work across time zones: Partner closely with the US sales and marketing team, with enough overlap that nothing waits a full day

Role Information

- Team: You'll work directly with our GTM lead in Bangalore and with the US sales and marketing team
- Stack: HubSpot, enrichment and list-building tooling, sequencing, and an AI SDR running enrichment and first-touch outreach
- Current growth team: 1 BDR, 1 AE, 2 Marketing, 4 Post-Sale, plus a 20-person engineering and delivery org
- Path: This role opens into GTM operations, revenue operations, or a front-line GTM seat depending on where you're strongest

Required Skills & Abilities

- 1–3 years of experience:



Robust recent graduates from top-tier institutes are genuinely welcome to apply alongside people with a couple of years in a GTM, ops, analyst, or consulting role
- Analytical by default: Very strong with spreadsheets, comfortable reasoning about funnels and conversion rates, and able to spot when a number looks wrong before anyone else does
- Obsessive about detail: Duplicate records, stale stages, and broken sequences bother you personally
- Fluent with AI tooling: You already use AI to do research, clean data, and write things faster, and you're curious about how far you can push it
- Clear communicator: You can write a crisp update that a US-based seller reads once and understands
- High ownership: Nobody will check your work daily. You'll flag your own blockers and close your own loops
- Presence matters: Based in Bangalore and working from our office

Nice to Have

- Hands-on with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience with list building, enrichment, or prospecting tooling
- SQL, Python, or scripting — enough to automate something end-to-end
- An internship or early role at a startup where the changed every month
- Genuine interest in how enterprise software gets sold
