Qalaa offers a wide range of programs in sports, arts, creativity, and performing arts, giving children diverse ways to build new abilities, confidence, and life skills in supportive, community-based environments.

Role Description:

- Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that expand Qalaa’s after-school learning hubs, with a focus on residential communities and schools in Bengaluru.
- This is a role involving regular meetings with potential partners, local stakeholders, and community leaders.
- Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and outreach, presenting Qalaa’s offerings, negotiating partnership terms,



and supporting onboarding of new partner locations.
- The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth program setup, tracking partnership performance, and providing feedback to improve partner and learner experience.
- The Growth and Partnerships Associate will maintain accurate records of partner interactions and contribute to local growth strategies.

6 days a week (including weekends)

Requirements: 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships or operations. Exceptional freshers or those from different backgrounds looking for a switch will be considered.
