Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)Location: Mani Casadona, Rajarhat, KolkataEmployment Type: Full-Time | On-siteExperience: 0–2 Years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance IncentivesWorking Days: Tuesday – SundayWorking Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound calling, digital outreach, and other business development activities.• Engage with prospective students to understand their career goals and recommend suitable learning programs.• Manage the complete admissions sales cycle,



from initial interaction to successful enrollment.• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize conversion rates and maintain robust relationships.• Execute outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.• Achieve individual sales and admission targets in a performance-driven environment.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for learners.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is preferred.• Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Admissions, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
