We are building a high-performance, entrepreneurial organization and are looking for a Group HR Manager who can build the people, culture, processes, and organizational capabilities required to support our growth.

Position: Group HR Manager

Coverage: PAR 360 & ReeferON

Location: Mumbai / Thane

Role Purpose The Group HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete HR function across PAR 360 and ReeferON , working closely with the leadership teams to align people strategy with business objectives.

The role will cover talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies and processes, learning & development, organization development, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and culture building .





We are looking for an HR professional who is not only strong in HR processes but also understands business, can work closely with founders and business leaders, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and evolving environment .

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the Group HR strategy and annual HR agenda for PAR 360 and ReeferON.
- Partner with the leadership team on organization structure, manpower planning and talent strategy .
- Lead recruitment and hiring for critical positions across corporate and operational functions.
- Build a strong performance management and goal-setting framework aligned with business objectives.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives and strengthen organizational culture and employee experience .
- Drive learning, capability building and leadership development programs.
- Establish effective HR policies, systems, processes and governance across both organizations.
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination and HR administration.
- Ensure statutory labour law and HR compliance across locations and operations.
- Develop effective employee communication and grievance-management mechanisms .
- Support leadership in succession planning, retention and development of key talent.
- Drive HR analytics and dashboards covering manpower, attrition, hiring, productivity, engagement and other key HR metrics .
- Support organizational changes,



new business launches, restructuring and other strategic people initiatives.
- Build a strong employer brand and create a talent pipeline for future growth.
- Work closely with business and operations leaders to address people-related challenges and improve workforce productivity.

Ideal Candidate
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to logistics, supply chain, 3PL, FMCG, food service, retail or other operationally intensive businesses .
- Strong experience across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and HR Operations .
- Experience managing HR across multiple businesses, locations or entities will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- High ownership, maturity and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment where processes are continuously being built and improved.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to balance people sensitivity with business and performance requirements .
