We are looking for a Graphics & Creative Expert who is passionate about visual storytelling, social media design, and AI-powered content creation.

The ideal candidate should be capable of designing attractive social media carousels, static creatives, promotional graphics, and short reels. We are particularly interested in someone who can use AI tools to create beautiful, engaging, and professional-looking short videos.

This role requires a combination of creativity, design skills, video editing expertise, and the ability to use AI tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Graphic Design

- Design visually appealing social media posts, carousels, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn graphics for different client industries.
- Develop clean, modern, and attractive designs that align with client branding.
- Convert content, ideas, and briefs into creative visual concepts.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, layouts, and brand identity.

2. Short-Form Video & Reel Creation

- Create engaging short-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Edit videos with smooth transitions, animations, subtitles, music, and visual effects.
- Transform static graphics, scripts, and content ideas into engaging video content.
- Create promotional videos, educational reels, product videos, and social media ads.
- Ensure videos are visually appealing, engaging, and optimized for social media.

3. AI-Powered Creative Content

- Use AI tools to generate high-quality images, videos, animations, and creative concepts.
- Create professional-looking short videos using AI video generation platforms.




- Write and optimize AI prompts to achieve the desired visual style, composition, motion, and storytelling.
- Experiment with new AI creative tools and workflows to improve content quality and production efficiency.
- Combine AI-generated content with traditional editing and design techniques to produce polished final creatives.

4. Collaboration & Execution

- Work closely with the social media, content, and digital marketing teams.
- Understand creative briefs and deliver designs according to client requirements.
- Manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions while maintaining quality.
- Stay updated with social media trends, design styles, and emerging creative technologies.

Required Skills & Tools

Graphic Design

- Canva Advanced proficiency.
- Adobe Photoshop – Good working knowledge.
- Strong understanding of layouts, typography, color combinations, and visual hierarchy.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

- Adobe After Effects – Good working knowledge of animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Ability to create engaging short-form videos and reels.
- Knowledge of video transitions, subtitles, sound synchronization, and basic storytelling.

AI Content Creation

- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools.




- Ability to write effective AI prompts and generate visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with AI video platforms such as Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar tools is preferred.
- Ability to combine AI-generated footage with editing software to create professional-quality videos.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, social media creatives, or video editing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, carousel designs, reels, and AI-generated videos.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to understand brand guidelines and follow creative briefs.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
