About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can confidently handle both graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, good knowledge of design and editing tools, and the ability to turn ideas and briefs into engaging visual content.

You’ll work on social media content, marketing campaigns, brand creatives, advertisements, websites, and other digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create graphics for social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, websites, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, brand videos, product videos, and campaign content.
- Work with raw footage and select the right shots to create engaging and visually appealing videos.
- Apply effective cuts, transitions, pacing, music, and other editing techniques to create engaging videos.
- Add text, subtitles, graphics, and other visual elements to videos where required.
- Develop creative concepts and maintain consistency in branding, typography, layouts, colours, and visual style.
- Adapt graphics and videos for different platforms, formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
- Repurpose existing content into different creative formats for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute internal and client requirements.




- Stay updated with current design trends, video editing styles, content formats, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.

Requirements

- 1+ years of relevant experience in both graphic design and video editing.
- Solid portfolio/showreel demonstrating both design and video work.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and video tools is mandatory.
- Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Canva, or similar tools. (of course, you don't need to know them all. )
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
- Good understanding of video editing, pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
- Ability to take a brief and independently turn it into a creative output.
- Strong attention to detail and a good creative eye.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new creative and AI tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
