About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Video Editor with at least 2 years of skilled experience to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling, high-quality video content that engages our audience and aligns with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit & Assemble: Cut and assemble raw footage into seamless, polished final videos, ensuring proper timing, audio balancing, and visual flow.
- Post-Production Magic: Apply color grading, audio mixing, basic motion graphics, text overlays, and special effects to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate: Work closely with manager, creator and creative leads to understand project goals, script requirements, and branding guidelines.
- Format Optimization: Adapt and export videos into various formats and aspect ratios tailored for YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and website.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain raw footage archives, project files, and graphics assets efficiently.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with emerging video trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience:



Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience (agency, in-house, or freelance portfolio required).
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in industry-standard editing software - Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating your editing style, storytelling ability, and technical skills across different formats.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of audio editing, color correction, and motion graphics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time-management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and openness to creative feedback and revisions.
- Education: Degree in Film, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
