About the Role

Yaanendriya is looking for a creative professional who can work across Graphic Design and Video Production & Editing.

This is not a conventional graphic-design role.

You will be working closely with teams building products in sensors, robotics, drones, autonomous systems and deep-tech engineering — translating exciting technologies into strong visual stories.

Your work could involve anything from creating a brochure for a new sensor or flight controller, shooting a drone or robotic platform in action, developing product-launch creatives, creating technical explainers, or editing videos demonstrating how our technology works in the real world.

The person will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for our products, brand, digital channels, exhibitions, customer communication and marketing initiatives.

We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable moving between Adobe design tools, brochures and marketing creatives on one side, and video shooting, editing and post-production on the other.

What You Will Get to Work On

You will create content around technologies and applications such as:

- Sensors and inertial navigation systems
- Robotics and autonomous systems
- Drones and UAVs
- Flight controllers and navigation electronics
- Unmanned ground vehicles
- Unmanned underwater vehicles
- Electronics and embedded systems
- Product testing, demonstrations and engineering development
- New deep-tech products being taken from development to market

The role provides an opportunity to work closely with engineers and product teams and see real hardware, prototypes, robots, drones and autonomous systems being built and tested.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design brochures, flyers, standees, posters, banners and other marketing collateral.
- Create product visuals, social media creatives, website graphics and digital campaign assets.
- Develop layouts for technical and product brochures while maintaining strong visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
- Convert complex technical information into simple and visually compelling communication.
- Create graphics around sensors, robotics, drones and autonomous-system applications.
- Prepare print-ready files for exhibitions,



events and marketing materials.
- Create presentations and visual communication material for product launches and customer interactions.
- Work with product photographs, renders and technical information to create visually engaging communication.
- Resize, adapt and optimize creatives for different digital and print formats.

Video Production & Editing
- Plan and produce product videos, demonstrations, explainers, interviews, event videos and social media content.
- Shoot products, prototypes, robots, drones and demonstrations when required.
- Capture engineering and product-development stories in an engaging visual format.
- Handle the complete video editing workflow including:

- Video cutting and sequencing

- Colour correction / grading

- Audio correction and mixing

- Titles and typography

- Transitions

- Motion graphics

- Subtitles and captions

- Basic animation
- Convert technical and product information into engaging short-form and long-form videos.
- Create content suitable for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, websites, exhibitions and customer presentations.
- Manage footage, project files and final video assets systematically.

Required Skills
- Robust working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual storytelling.
- Strong video editing and post-production skills.
- Ability to work with both horizontal and vertical video formats.
- Understanding of social-media video formats, resolutions and export settings.
- Ability to independently take a creative requirement from concept to final output.

Video Shooting Skills Candidates who can independently handle video production/shooting in addition to editing will be strongly preferred.

Good to Have
- Motion graphics and animation skills.
- Interest in technology, engineering, robotics, drones, automobiles or electronics.
- Experience creating content for technology, electronics, robotics, drones, automotive, industrial or engineering products.
- Photography and photo-retouching skills.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Blender or other 3D/animation tools.
- Ability to create technical illustrations or infographics.
- Basic understanding of YouTube and social-media content production.
- Experience working with printers, production agencies or exhibition vendors.

- Can work closely with engineering, product and marketing teams.

Qualification & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Film/Video Production or a related field preferred.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Candidates with less experience but an exceptional portfolio may also apply.

Portfolio Requirement Portfolio is mandatory.

Applicants should preferably share examples of both:

1. Graphic design work – brochures, posters, social media creatives, branding, presentations, etc.
2. Video work – edited videos, product videos, reels, interviews, explainers, motion graphics, etc.
