We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing consumer brand.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for premium branding, packaging, typography and visual storytelling , while also being comfortable editing fast-paced content for Instagram and YouTube .

You will work closely with the founder and creative team to develop everything from packaging and print-ready artwork to social media creatives, Reels and YouTube content.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Packaging

- Work confidently with CorelDRAW files (.CDR) and production artwork.
- Create and modify packaging designs, labels, cartons, inserts, POS materials and print creatives .
- Prepare artwork for printing with correct CMYK colour profiles, dimensions, bleeds, dielines and print specifications .
- Make precise colour, typography and layout adjustments based on printer/production requirements.
- Create premium brand creatives for social media, campaigns, retail displays and marketing.
- Develop mockups and visual presentations for packaging and recent product launches.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.
- Have a strong understanding of print production and colour management .

Video Editing — Instagram & YouTube

- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and YouTube content .
- Identify the strongest moments from longer footage and turn them into engaging short-form content.
- Create strong hooks, pacing, cuts, captions, transitions, B-roll and sound design.
- Repurpose YouTube videos into multiple Instagram Reels/Shorts.
- Understand what makes content engaging in the first 1–3 seconds .
- Edit founder-led, product, lifestyle, educational and behind-the-scenes content.
- Keep up with current Instagram and YouTube editing styles and trends.





What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or video editing.
- Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW is essential.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop .
- Strong video editing skills in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro or equivalent.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels and YouTube videos .
- Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, branding and visual hierarchy .
- Strong attention to detail, especially for packaging and print artwork.
- Ability to work with existing brand guidelines while also bringing fresh creative ideas.
- Good understanding of social media content and digital-first design.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and take feedback constructively.

Bonus Points
- Experience working with FMCG, food, nutrition, beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands .
- Experience with packaging production and printing .
- Understanding of CMYK, Pantone, colour profiles, PDF/X standards, dielines and prepress .
- Motion graphics and basic animation skills.
- Experience turning long-form content into high-performing short-form content.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both design + video editing .

The Ideal Candidate You're someone who can look at a packaging file and understand whether it's actually production-ready , but can also look at a 20-minute YouTube video and immediately identify the 30-second clip that could become a great Reel.

You care about the small details, have excellent visual taste and understand that good design isn't just about making something look attractive — it needs to work for print, digital and the brand as a whole.
