Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Graphic Designer & Social Media Content Creator who can handle graphic design, social media creatives, reels, basic videography, and video editing. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for our fashion, bags, accessories, gifting, and lifestyle brands across social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creatives

- Create visually appealing creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, e-commerce, and digital campaigns.
- Design social media posts, stories, banners, advertisements, catalogues, brochures, emailers, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Develop creatives for Amazon, Shopify, marketplaces, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create product launch creatives, promotional campaigns, festive creatives, sale campaigns, and brand communication.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, fonts, layouts, imagery, and overall visual language.
- Edit and retouch product and lifestyle images as required.
- Resize and adapt creatives according to different platform specifications.

Social Media & Reels

- Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels, short videos, stories, and social media content.




- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for social media campaigns.
- Shoot and create short-form content featuring products, collections, behind-the-scenes activities, office/factory shoots, events, and campaigns.
- Plan and execute reels based on current social media trends.
- Add transitions, text, music, effects, subtitles, voiceovers, and other elements to make content engaging.
- Repurpose existing photographs and videos into multiple social media formats.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media team to develop a regular content pipeline.

Videography & Photography Support

- Handle basic product and lifestyle videography using camera/mobile equipment.
- Assist with product shoots, model shoots, campaign shoots, behind-the-scenes content, and office/factory shoots.
- Set up basic lighting, framing, backgrounds, and compositions for shoots.
- Coordinate with photographers, models, stylists, and external agencies when required.
- Capture high-quality short-form video content suitable for Instagram Reels and other platforms.

Video Editing

- Edit reels, promotional videos, product videos, campaign videos, and other short-form content.
- Add music, graphics, text, transitions, subtitles, voiceovers, and effects.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different social media platforms.
- Maintain organized video footage and creative assets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
