We’re Hiring | Graphic Designer

At MyDesignation, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across digital platforms and create visuals that are not just aesthetically strong, but also aligned with the brand and campaign goals.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging creatives for social media, Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative variations for campaigns, A/B testing, and performance optimisation.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to understand creative requirements.
- Design creatives for product launches, sales campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Adapt creatives based on campaign performance, trends, audience insights, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in the brand’s visual language across different platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives as per campaign timelines and priorities.

What We’re Looking For




- 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing, preferably in D2C, Fashion, or E-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Figma.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, colour, and composition.
- Understanding of social media and digital advertising creatives is an advantage.
- Good eye for current design and social media trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to handle multiple creative requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Bangalore – Office-based Experience: 1–3 years
