Graphic Designer – Branding & Creative

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 2+ years preferred

Industry Preference: Branding / Advertising / Creative Agency experience preferred

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a highly creative and concept-driven Graphic Designer who can develop strong visual identities and creative campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in logo design, branding, packaging design, advertising creatives and visual communication, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Key Skills Required

* Strong Logo Design & Brand Identity skills

- Excellent understanding of Branding & Visual Communication
- Strong Packaging Design skills
- Creative concept development and ability to convert ideas into compelling visuals
- Experience designing Social Media Creatives, Digital Ads, Campaigns and Marketing Materials
- Positive knowledge of Typography, Colour Theory, Composition and Layout
- Ability to develop creative concepts from a brief independently
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in brand guidelines
- Ability to work within deadlines and adapt to fast-paced agency workflows

Software Skills

Strong working knowledge of multiple design tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma
- CorelDRAW or equivalent design software

AI & Emerging Tools

The candidate should be comfortable experimenting with and using AI tools for creative production and ideation, including:

- AI image-generation tools
- AI-assisted design tools




- AI tools for creative ideation and concept development
- AI tools for image enhancement, editing and productivity The ability to learn and adapt to new AI and design technologies is highly valued.

Added Advantage

Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:
- Motion Graphics
- Video Editing
- Adobe After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- 2D Animation
- Basic 3D / Blender / Cinema 4D
- Reels and short-form video content
- Advertising campaign development
- Experience working with multiple brands and industries

Agency Experience

Prior experience in a Branding Agency, Advertising Agency, Digital Marketing Agency or Creative Studio is preferred. The candidate should understand how an agency works — from receiving a client brief and developing concepts to executing creatives, handling revisions and delivering final artwork.

Important Requirement

Only candidates currently based in Coimbatore or willing to work from Coimbatore will be considered.

Portfolio

A robust portfolio is mandatory. Portfolio should demonstrate work in areas such as:

Logo Design | Branding | Packaging | Advertising | Social Media | Campaign Design | Creative Concepts

Candidates with a portfolio demonstrating original thinking rather than template-based designs will be preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
