We are looking for a talented and ambitious Graphic Designer to join our team in Calicut. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a brand-focused company and develop strong expertise in branding and visual communication.

The Role

As a Graphic Designer at BASE, you will work on branding and creative projects for a variety of businesses. You will be expected to translate strategic brand ideas into strong visual identities and communication.

We are particularly looking for someone with excellent logo design capabilities and a genuine interest in brand identity design.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual identities for brands.
- Design professional and distinctive logos and brand marks.
- Work on complete brand identity systems and brand guidelines.
- Create social media creatives, presentations, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Translate creative briefs and brand strategies into effective visual communication.
- Maintain consistency across different brand touchpoints.
- Work closely with the strategy and creative teams.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.




- Continuously improve design skills and stay updated with current branding and design practices.

Key Requirements
- Strong graphic design fundamentals and a good understanding of typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Highly capable in logo and identity design.
- Strong interest in branding and visual identity.
- Previous brand-related design experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Ability to develop original concepts rather than relying heavily on templates.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a client's business and translate it into visual communication.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Calicut.
- A learning mindset and willingness to continuously develop professionally.

Experience Experience in graphic design, branding, logo design, or visual identity is preferred.

Candidates with exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio may also be considered based on the quality of their work.

Training & Probation The selected candidate will undergo an initial 3-month training and probation period. During this period, the candidate will be evaluated based on design quality, creativity, learning ability, work ethic, consistency, ability to handle feedback, and overall performance.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to continue in a long-term position with BASE and take on greater responsibilities as they grow within the company.

Mandatory Portfolio Requirement

PORTFOLIO IS MANDATORY.

Your portfolio should clearly demonstrate your design capabilities. We strongly recommend including logo design, branding, visual identity, typography, and other relevant brand design projects.
