Graduate Trainee Electrical Sales Support & Order Management
- Handle customer inquiries related to electric motors and support customers in selecting IE3/IE4 energy-productive motors, VFD/Inverter Duty Motors, and motors with special requirements. Provide solutions for non-standard executions, custom adaptations, and product feasibility assessments.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation and techno-commercial quotations/offers, and follow up with customers for clarifications, discussions, and negotiations.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle, including order processing, amendments, cancellations, payment coordination, discounts, credit/debit notes, and customer code management. Coordinate with production, logistics, sales, and cross-functional teams to monitor deliveries, dispatches, order deviations, forecasts, cost sheets, and customer requirements to achieve on-time delivery
