About the RoleWe're looking for a creative, self-motivated fresh graduate to join us as a Social Media & Content Creator. You'll be the person behind the graphics and videos that tell the Navavedam Wellness story — designing and editing content by hand as well as using AI tools to move faster and experiment with new formats. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role: your work will be seen daily across our website, marketplace listings, and social channels.

This role suits someone early in their career who is genuinely excited about visual storytelling, comfortable picking up recent AI creative tools, and eager to learn how a wellness brand builds its identity from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities• Design social media graphics (posts, reels covers, carousels, stories) for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, aligned with the brand's Ayurvedic/wellness visual identity.

- Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos and reels — both manually (filming, editing, captioning) and using AI video/generation tools to speed up production.
- Create and adapt visual content for the website, marketplace listings (Amazon and similar platforms), and packaging-related creative as needed.
- Use AI image and video generation tools (e.g. Canva AI, CapCut, Adobe Firefly, and similar) to produce high-quality content efficiently, alongside traditional design and editing skills.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar in coordination with the marketing team, ensuring a steady, reliable output of fresh content.
- Keep all content on-brand — consistent colors, fonts, tone, and messaging across every platform.
- Stay current with social media trends,



formats, and emerging AI creative tools, and proactively suggest new content ideas and formats.
- Organize and maintain a library of raw and finished creative assets for easy reuse.
- Collaborate with the marketing lead and product team to translate campaign briefs into finished visual content.

What We're Looking For• A recent graduate (any discipline) with a genuine passion for graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation.

- Working knowledge of design/editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or CapCut (formal training not required — a strong portfolio or personal projects count just as much).
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI content tools for image or video generation (e.g. Canva AI, Firefly, Runway, CapCut AI, ChatGPT/Gemini for content ideas) — or a strong willingness to learn them quickly.
- A good eye for visual composition, colour, typography, and storytelling.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts) and what performs well on each.
- Comfortable working independently in a small team, managing multiple content pieces at once, and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to learn on the job and adapt quickly — this role will evolve as the brand grows.

Good to Have • A personal portfolio, Instagram page, YouTube channel, or freelance work showcasing design or video content.

- Basic photography or videography skills (smartphone or DSLR).
- Familiarity with wellness, beauty, or D2C brand content styles.
- Basic copywriting ability to pair visuals with captions.
