About the Role

Build the future of digital infrastructure by gaining hands-on experience across Audio Visual (AV), Networking, ELV Systems, Cybersecurity, and Data Center technologies while working on enterprise-scale projects and solutions.

We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) and Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs) to join our Digital Infrastructure & Technology Services team. This role offers structured training and practical exposure to enterprise technologies, enabling candidates to develop expertise in designing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting critical IT and digital infrastructure solutions.

Position Details

Designation: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) / Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in structured technical training programs and on-the-job learning assignments.
- Assist project and operations teams in deploying and supporting:

- Audio Visual (AV) Solutions

- Network Infrastructure

- ELV Systems

- Cybersecurity Solutions

- Data Center Infrastructure
- Support the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of technology systems.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, network diagrams, and project records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and service partners for project execution and support activities.
- Adhere to information security, safety, quality, and compliance standards.




- Participate in preventive maintenance activities, audits, and infrastructure health checks.
- Assist in Proof of Concept (PoC), testing, validation, and technology evaluation initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, project milestones, and deliverables.

Experience

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Internship, academic project, or hands-on exposure in any of the following areas will be an added advantage:

- IT Infrastructure

- Networking

- Security Systems

- Data Center Technologies

Educational Qualifications Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

- Diploma Engineering
