Role Description

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates and early-career professionals interested in developing practical experience across manufacturing, production, maintenance, projects, quality, process improvement, utilities, automation, operations, and plant engineering.

The Graduate Engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, projects, utilities, supply chain, safety, and other business teams to support plant operations, technical activities, process improvement initiatives, equipment performance, documentation, and engineering projects.

The role may involve working with manufacturing processes, plant machinery, preventive maintenance, utilities, engineering drawings, technical documentation, quality systems, safety procedures, data analysis, automation systems, troubleshooting, and continuous-improvement activities depending on department and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.




- Fresh engineering graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, maintenance, projects, process engineering, quality, utilities, automation, plant engineering, or related engineering roles can apply.
- Final-year engineering students completing their degree and available for full-time employment may also be considered.
- Candidates currently working as Graduate Engineer, Graduate Engineer Trainee, Trainee Engineer, Junior Engineer, Production Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Engineer, Quality Engineer, Plant Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from manufacturing, food processing, agro-processing, FMCG, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, automotive, engineering, energy, infrastructure, industrial equipment, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, plant operations, equipment, and industrial systems.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment inspection, or basic maintenance practices will be beneficial.
- Exposure to production planning, process monitoring, productivity improvement, or manufacturing operations will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, manuals, layouts, P&IDs;, electrical diagrams, or mechanical drawings will be beneficial depending on discipline.
- Familiarity with quality concepts, root-cause analysis, problem-solving tools, continuous improvement, 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing,



or similar practices will be advantageous.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety, PPE, industrial safety procedures, permit systems, and safe engineering practices will be beneficial.
- Exposure to PLC, SCADA, sensors, instrumentation, automation systems, motors, drives, control panels, or industrial electrical systems will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with pumps, compressors, conveyors, boilers, utilities, mechanical equipment, or process machinery will be beneficial for relevant engineering disciplines.
- Exposure to AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, MATLAB, Excel, ERP systems, CMMS, SAP, or similar engineering and business tools will be considered an additional advantage.
- Basic understanding of data collection, engineering calculations, technical reporting, documentation, and performance tracking.
- Ability to identify operational issues, support troubleshooting, and participate in corrective and preventive actions.
- Valuable analytical, logical, numerical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, technical documentation, reporting, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with production, maintenance, quality, projects, safety, and other cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn plant processes, machinery, safety requirements, and engineering systems.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing and on-site environment.
- Internship, industrial training, plant project, engineering project, academic project, workshop experience, or practical technical exposure will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time industrial experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn, take ownership, and develop across engineering, manufacturing, operations, maintenance, and project-related functions.
