What we are looking for

Required Skills & Attributes:

Experience in particularly in Dialogflow CX (DFCX) and Genesys Cloud CX (GECX). During the discussion, she mentioned that she has not worked extensively on these technologies. As DFCX is a key skill for this role, we will continue looking for candidates with stronger hands-on expertise in DFCX and GECX with strong experience in conversational AI, APIs, and GCP-based distributed systems.

Proven ability to develop scalable, secure architectures and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

Experience with AI/ML (NLP/NLU)architectures. Familiarity with contact center platforms, DevSecOps, and compliance frameworks.





Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end Bot architecture and integration with backend and enterprise systems. Lead architecture governance, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization. Preferred Background / Domain Expertise: Experience with voice bot automation and customer interaction platforms

AI Skills

All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities
