Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of software development experience.

- Solid hands-on expertise in Dialogflow CX and Genesys Cloud CX.

- Experience designing large-scale conversational AI solutions.

- Experience working with GCP services and cloud-native architectures.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered Voice Bots using Google Dialogflow CX (DFCX).

- Implement and integrate conversational flows with Genesys Cloud CX (GECX).

- Develop end-to-end bot architectures integrating backend systems, APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.





- Build scalable and secure conversational AI platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Design and implement NLP/NLU-based conversational experiences.

- Integrate voice bots with CRM, contact center, and customer service platforms.

- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Optimize bot performance, security, scalability, and user experience.

- Participate in architecture reviews, governance, and best-practice implementation.

- Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement of chatbot and voice bot solutions.
