Profile Summary

GM/AVP/ VP - IT will lead enterprise-wide software implementations, digital transformation initiatives, IT system integrations and IT infrastructure management. The role will focus on Software / ERP deployment, business process automation, vendor management and ensuring seamless technology integration and adoption across departments. The incumbent will ensure technology-enabled business efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Strategy & Digital Transformation

- Define and implement the organizations IT roadmap with strong emphasis on enterprise applications.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across functions.
- Align IT systems with evolving business needs.

2. Software / ERP Implementation

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Software /ERP.
- Manage requirement gathering from the multiple stake holders, gap analysis, customization, testing, UAT and go-live.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
- Ensure process standardization and system optimization.
- Monitor Software / ERP performance and user adoption.

3. System Integration & Automation

- Oversee integration of existing Software’s / Applications.




- Implement workflow automation and process digitization initiatives.
- Improve operational efficiency through technology enablement.
- Ensure accurate data migration and master data governance.

4. Project & Vendor Management

- Manage IT project lifecycle (planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring).
- Evaluate and onboard software vendors and technology partners.
- Participate in negotiation of contracts and ensure SLA adherence.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

5. IT Infrastructure & Security Oversight

- Oversee IT infrastructure to support enterprise applications.
- Ensure cybersecurity measures, data backup, disaster recovery planning.
- Monitor cloud environments (AWS / Azure) supporting applications.

6. Change Management & User Enablement

- Lead training programs and change management initiatives.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and smooth adoption of new systems.
- Provide leadership in resolving implementation challenges.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.

Preference :

- Successful implementation of Farvision / Oracle / SAP / etc., in Real Estate Industry.
- Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in Real Estate industry
