 In-depth knowledge of civil engineering,

construction methods, and standards

 Robust project planning, execution, and management skills

 Expertise in structural works, finishing, and infrastructure projects

 Budgeting, cost control, and contract management skills

Responsibilties :

Oversee planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects.

 Review and approve construction methodologies, schedules, and resource plans.

 Ensure compliance with quality standards,

safety norms, and statutory requirements.

 Coordinate with clients, consultants,

contractors, and internal teams.

 Monitor project progress, budgets, and cost control measures.

 Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues.

 Guide and mentor project managers,

engineers, and site teams.

 Review MIS reports and project performance.

 Leadership and team management abilities

 Knowledge of quality, safety, and statutory regulations

 Risk management and problem-solving skills

 Excellent communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
