Role

 To lead and manage all civil construction activities across projects.

 To ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of civil works.

 To align civil project execution with organizational objectives and client requirements.

Responsibilities

 Oversee planning, execution, and completion of civil construction projects.

 Review and approve construction methodologies, schedules, and resource plans.

 Ensure compliance with quality standards,

safety norms, and statutory requirements.

 Coordinate with clients, consultants,

contractors, and internal teams.

 Monitor project progress, budgets, and cost control measures.

 Resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues.

 Guide and mentor project managers,

engineers, and site teams.

 Review MIS reports and project performance.

 Authority to approve civil project plans,

budgets, and execution strategies.

 Authority to allocate manpower, materials,

and equipment across projects.





 Authority to enforce quality and safety standards.

 Authority to interact with clients,

consultants, and regulatory authorities.

 Authority to recommend commercial decisions, variations, and claims.

 Authority to escalate or resolve high-level project issues.

 In-depth knowledge of civil engineering,

construction methods, and standards

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
