End to end Performance management – America , EMEA, APAC (One of the regions)**

- Lead and enhance the global Performance Management framework and processes.
- Drive HR transformation by transitioning Performance Management services into the GCC.
- Act as the SME for Performance Management, offshoring, and process governance.
- Own the annual performance cycle, including calibration, PIP, policies, and performance governance.
- Partner with Talent, Learning, HRIS (Workday), and global HR teams to deliver seamless processes.
- Develop SOPs, training materials, communication plans, and process documentation.
- Manage service transition, operational readiness,



SLAs, and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Requirements

- 7+ years in Performance Management, HR COE, or HR Transformation.
- Experience with global HR operations, shared services/GCC, or offshoring.
- Robust knowledge of Performance Management frameworks and Workday.
- Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and change management skills.

Banking or financial services experience preferred
