Role & responsibilities

- Implement an effective security system in the Plant/ office so as to secure it from theft, sabotage, attach, damages to property, infrastructure and people

- Ensure 100% safety and security of employees &
- Material inside the plant/ GU/ offices premises
- Conduct surprise checking of material time to time

- Ensure Security of the plant including deployment and on job training of contracted security personnel

- Establish relationship with local politicians, government and non-government authorities

- Keep constant touch with local Police stations as well as Senior Police officials

- Conduct round of Plant/ GU/ HO during daytime or night as per the shift

- Check Guards and Posts

- Ensure zero accident and theft cases and minimize loss due to security incident





- Manage Access Control - Control over gate movement, labor entry, visitor movement

- Manage Passes/ permit Issuance of vehicles after checking the required document

- Manage vigilance and intelligence network, and liaising with local authorities

- Deploy the skill security Manpower as per allotted post and patrolling, emergency preparedness, first aid support

- Ensure timely adherence to statutory compliances

- Ensure visitor management and observing of CCTV, and Watch towers, and light tower and boundary wall

Conduct training &

- Development of all security personnel, periodic drill & exercises for physical fitness
