: We are hiring German Bilingual Customer Support Executives for an international voice process. The role involves handling customer queries in both German and English over calls, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in German& English
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain solid communication and problem-solving skills
- Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to SLAs

Eligibility Criteria: • Proficiency in German (B2 or above preferred)
- Good command over English communication
- Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience
- Prior customer support or voice process experience is a plus
