Job Profile

1. Candidate will be handling pharmaceutical CDMO business covering ROW , Emerging Markets and Europe Countries.
2. Candidate will be responsible for generating new Pharma CDMO / Contract Manufacturing business from international pharmaceutical companies.
3. Candidate will be responsible for managing international clients, distributors, and strategic business partners.
4. Candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end business development, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
5. Candidate will be responsible for achieving international sales targets and business growth in assigned territories.
6. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Regulatory, R&D;, Production, and Supply Chain teams for smooth project execution.
7. Candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, products, and customer requirements in global markets.
8. Candidate will be responsible for representing the company in international customer meetings, exhibitions, and business conferences.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- B. Pharma, M. Pharma, MBA with 1520 years of experience in handling pharmaceutical CDMO business covering ROW , Emerging Markets and Europe Countries.
- He will be solid exposure to Europe and ROW markets.
- He will be Hands-on experience in CDMO / CMO / Contract Manufacturing Business.
- He will be proven track record of handling international customers and achieving business targets.
- He will be good knowledge of international pharma regulations and export business processes.
- He will be excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- He will be willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
