We are looking for an experienced GM / COO with a strong Civil Engineering and construction background to take end-to-end responsibility for the companys operations and project management.

The candidate will work closely with the Director and will be responsible for project execution, engineering, planning, tendering, estimation, commercial management, procurement, cash-flow/fund management, billing, cost control, team management and government/client coordination.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing multiple construction projects, engineers and site teams, along with a practical understanding of project profitability, P&L;, cash flow and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall management of construction projects and day-to-day operations.
- Planning, execution and monitoring of multiple projects.
- Manage engineering teams, site staff, subcontractors and resources.
- Tendering, estimation, costing, billing and contract management.
- Project-wise cost, cash flow and profitability monitoring.
- Procurement and material planning.
- Government/client/consultant coordination.
- Identify project delays,



cost overruns and operational issues and take corrective action.
- Establish proper MIS, reporting and performance-monitoring systems.
- Support the Director in business development and strategic decisions.

Candidate Profile
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 20–30+ years of experience in construction/infrastructure.
- Strong experience in roads, buildings and civil/infrastructure projects.
- Experience with government/PWD/PSU contracts preferred.
- Strong knowledge of estimation, tendering, RA billing, costing and contract management.
- Practical experience in cash-flow, procurement and project profitability management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams independently.
- Solid leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the company from both an engineering and business-management perspective and should have the ability to take ownership of operations with minimum day-to-day supervision from the Director.
