- Maintain cordial relationships with respective Capgemini offices.

- Coordinate with the Group Reporting Team.

- Prepare, upload, and review journal entries/general ledger entries.

- Perform weekly G/L reviews and resolve identified gaps.

- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports as required.

- Review periodic reports, budgets, office-specific reports, and Trial Balances.

- Adhere to reporting deadlines for BFC reporting, audits, and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Revenue, Accounts Payable (AP), Banking, ICS, and Payroll.

- Work closely with the Tax Team and support direct and indirect tax compliance.





- Handle ad hoc reporting requirements and management requests.

- Respond to queries raised by reporting teams and stakeholders.

- Manage statutory audits of overseas legal entities.

- Support Entity Controller responsibilities and governance activities

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong General Ledger (GL) accounting knowledge.

- Understanding of statutory requirements for overseas legal entities.

- Basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Banking processes.

- Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).

- Robust Microsoft Excel skills.

- Understanding of accounting standards and principles.
