HW Safety Engineer /Architect : Responsibilities:
- Understanding all aspects of the technology, the HW architecture and the function of the product, to deliver a safety concept and context • Perform IP, SoC and System level safety analysis.
- Review and develop IP and SoC related Safety work products compliant to ISO26262.
- Participate in Safety Audits and Assessments. Profile • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in Automotive Functional Safety at IC or at System level; Automotive Tiers1 experience would well fit.
- Valuable understanding of Hardware development techniques following ISO26262 (or equivalent safety standard) development process.
- Knowledgeable in Safety Analysis Techniques (FTA, DFA, FMEA, FMEDA) and related tools.
