Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and deliver technical training programs for Java developers, focusing on advanced concepts such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices.

- Develop course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.

- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to students who require additional support or have questions about course material.

Job Requirements :

- 10-18 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.

- Solid understanding of Spring Boot framework and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring MVC).

- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL or NoSQL databases like Cassandra or MongoDB.

- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful technical trainings or workshops.
