?? THE ROLE: Full Stack Developer
You'll work directly with the founding team to design, build, and ship our core product. You'll own entire features — from architecture to deployment. This is not a support role. We need someone who leads.
What You'll Do
→ Build and maintain front-end using React (or equivalent modern framework)
→ Design and develop backend APIs and server-side architecture
→ Own database design, optimization, and data modeling
→ Set up CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps decisions
→ Collaborate directly on product decisions — your voice matters here
→ Help define technical standards and code review culture from day one
✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
→ 3+ years of hands-on full stack development experience
→ Robust proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (React, Node.js)
→ Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
→ Comfortable with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
→ Familiarity with REST APIs and GraphQL design patterns
→ Ability to work independently and make pragmatic technical decisions
→ A portfolio or GitHub showing real projects you've shipped
