Role Description The Full-stack Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that power KiaraHub’s ride booking, scheduling, and trip management services. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end user interfaces, building and optimizing back-end APIs, integrating third-party services, and ensuring responsive, secure, and scalable systems.

The role involves collaborating with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and to improve application performance and user experience. The Full-stack Developer will also participate in code reviews, debugging, testing,



and documentation to maintain high-quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development to design, build, and maintain end-to-end web solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills to create robust APIs, manage data, and ensure secure server-side functionality.
- Candidates should possess effective Front-End Development skills and proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to implement intuitive, responsive user interfaces.
- Candidates should have experience with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, or similar), and relational/noSQL databases.
- Candidates should demonstrate solid problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, experience with version control (e.g., Git), and familiarity with testing and deployment workflows.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in a collaborative environment, communicating clearly with cross-functional teams; prior experience in mobility, travel, or location-based services is an advantage.
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
