Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Flutter mobile app development and modern backend technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable applications, deploying on AWS, and working with NoSQL databases like MongoDB. Experience in fintech products or systems will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Design and build scalable backend services and APIs
- Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS infrastructure
- Work with MongoDB and other modern databases for efficient data handling
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality features
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable,
and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Flutter (Dart) for mobile app development
- Proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good to Have
- Experience working on fintech products or financial systems
- Knowledge of payment gateways, security protocols, or compliance standards
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of system design and scalability
