We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who enjoys building scalable web applications, solving complex engineering challenges, and working with modern technologies across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications for our enterprise SaaS platform.
- Build responsive and high-quality user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript , and modern frontend technologies.
- Develop high-performance backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI/Django/Flask .
- Design and integrate APIs between frontend, backend, databases, and third-party services.
- Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB to design efficient data models and optimize database queries.
- Build and maintain scalable microservices and backend components.
- Integrate AI/LLM services and APIs into enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with Product, AI/ML, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable and high-quality features.
- Debug and troubleshoot application, API, database, and performance issues.
- Contribute to system architecture, code reviews, performance optimization, and platform reliability.
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable,



and well-tested code.
- Take ownership of features throughout the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) .
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, Generative AI, and modern web development .

Must-Have Skills
- 2–5 years of professional Full Stack Software Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js .
- Good experience with Next.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong backend development experience using Python .
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask .
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs .
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB .
- Understanding of Microservices architecture .
- Experience with Git and version control .
- Hands-on experience with Docker .
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines .
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform .
- Good understanding of OOP, software design principles, and application architecture .
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment .
- Immediate joiner or candidate with a short notice period is strongly preferred.

Good to Have
- Experience building Enterprise SaaS products .
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or AI-powered applications .
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) .
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar AI frameworks .
- Experience working with Vector Databases such as ChromaDB, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic,



or Gemini APIs .
- Knowledge of Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ, or Kafka .
- Experience with Kubernetes .
- Experience with automated testing and frameworks such as PyTest/Jest .
- Familiarity with AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, or compliance .
