We are looking for energetic and reliable Fulfillment Associates cum Delivery Boys to join our operations team across multiple locations. The role involves tracking orders on a mobile application, ensuring accurate packaging and sealing of orders, and occasionally supporting last-mile deliveries to ensure timely and quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
● Track and monitor incoming orders in real time using the company mobile application.
● Carry out proper packaging and taping/sealing of orders as per quality and safety standards.
● Coordinate with the kitchen/warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
● Occasionally perform delivery of orders to customers or designated delivery points when required.
● Maintain hygiene and handling standards while packing food/parcel items.
● Report any order discrepancies, delays, or issues to the reporting supervisor immediately.
● Maintain daily records/logs of orders handled and deliveries completed.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Minimum Matriculation (10th Pass); Maximum Graduate
Experience
0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
Language
Hindi (spoken & basic written)
Key Skills
● Basic smartphone/mobile app usage skills.
● Physically fit and willing to be on the move for delivery/packaging tasks.
● Punctual, disciplined, and honest with a solid sense of responsibility.
● Good communication skills in Hindi.
● Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays as per business need.
Compensation & Benefits
● Monthly salary of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000.
● Additional performance-based incentives.
● Food and lodging will be provided by the company to candidates who are coming from outside the respective job location/city.
