Company Description Opus Bloc Pvt. Ltd. is a fractional real estate platform in India that enables individuals to invest in premium properties through fractional ownership units called blocs, starting at accessible entry points. The company uses dedicated Special Purpose Vehicles registered as LLPs to hold each property, ensuring that ownership is structured, legally independent from the platform, and verifiable through public Ministry of Corporate Affairs records.

Through the Opus Bloc mobile app, users can complete the entire ownership journey digitally, including onboarding, KYC, documentation, portfolio tracking, and voting. Professional teams manage the underlying properties, and a secondary market for reselling holdings is being developed to support liquidity. Guided by the principles of Accessibility, Control, Transparency, and Ease (ACTE), Opus Bloc aims to make premium property ownership simpler and more inclusive for investors across India.

Role Description The Frontend Intern will support the design and development of user interfaces for the Opus Bloc web and mobile applications, focusing on responsive layouts, usability, and performance. In this full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, the intern will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to implement features, fix bugs, and refine the user experience.



Daily tasks may include converting design mockups into clean, maintainable code, optimizing existing components, conducting basic testing, and documenting UI behavior.

The intern will be encouraged to participate in code reviews, learn best practices in frontend development, and contribute ideas to improve the overall product experience.

Qualifications

- Foundational frontend development skills, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with familiarity in at least one modern framework Next.js and React.js.
- Basic understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development principles.
- Exposure to UI/UX concepts, including working with design tools or implementing designs from wireframes and mockups.
- Ability to use version control systems (preferably Git) and collaborate in a structured development workflow.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced product environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented setting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in fintech, real estate technology, or digital investment platforms is a plus.
