Front Office Executive Cum Telecaller

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle front-office operations, patient registration, appointments, and reception activities.
- Attend incoming calls and make outbound telecalling to current and existing clients.
- Explain hair and skin treatments, aesthetic procedures, packages, and treatment processes to clients.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, missed appointments, and existing patients.
- Schedule and confirm consultations and treatment appointments.
- Maintain patient records, enquiry details, follow-up reports, and daily calling data.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff for smooth patient flow.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle billing, invoices, payments, discounts, and package-related coordination.




- Address client queries professionally and escalate concerns to the concerned team when required.
- Collect patient feedback and maintain a positive patient experience.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling, follow-up, appointment, and conversion targets.
- Support the clinic team in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling, front office, customer service, or healthcare/aesthetic clinics is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hair, skin, aesthetic, and cosmetic treatments is an advantage.
- Good computer knowledge and basic MS Office skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple calls, appointments, and patient queries efficiently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
